Celebrating the Renovation of Jack Lavhengwa High School
The MCT Foundation, with the generous support of the Cyril Ramaphosa Foundation, Kudumane Manganese Resources, and AML Holdings LLC, has successfully completed the renovation of Jack Lavhengwa High School, marking a significant milestone in the advancement of education within the community.
The renovation project included the refurbishment and painting of classroom walls, as well as improvements to the school’s pavements and surrounding infrastructure. These enhancements have created a more welcoming, inspiring, and conducive learning environment for both learners and educators, fostering greater pride in the school and its facilities.
The community will gather during Khalavha Day celebrations to officially unveil and celebrate the newly renovated classrooms under the theme, “New Classrooms, New Opportunities.” This occasion will not only commemorate the completion of the project but also highlight the importance of investing in education as a foundation for community development and future success.
The transformation of Jack Lavhengwa High School represents more than just physical improvements; it is a meaningful investment in the potential of young people. By providing learners with a better educational environment, the project contributes to improved learning outcomes and creates opportunities for future generations to thrive.
The MCT Foundation extends its sincere appreciation to the Cyril Ramaphosa Foundation, Kudumane Manganese Resources, and AML Holdings LLC for their invaluable support and commitment to educational development. Their contribution demonstrates the powerful impact that partnerships can have in uplifting communities and empowering young people through education.
Together, these efforts are helping to build a brighter future for the learners of Jack Lavhengwa High School and the wider Khalavha community.
